Microsoft: Volume Licensing Information (VLFlash)

Microsoft needed an intranet that would allow their worldwide sales staff to upload, download and print up-to-date licensing documents. They also wanted visitors to be able to rate content, search content by date, view most frequently accessed content and submit feedback.

We used Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate the printing of multiple documents directly from the server to the client printers without requiring the client to manually download and open each document for printing.

We also built a document rating system that automatically tracks the number of times each document is viewed and updates the document's view profile in realtime.

For document administration, we built a system allowing an admin to review and update posted documents dynamically via ASP pages.
