Credit Registry

Credit Registry needed to provide their visitors with the ability to download pdf forms and to fill out online forms and submit them.

Using ASP and HTML forms, we built an online data entry screen and used Javascript to edit check the form for errors before allowing it to be submitted. We also provided the ability for visitors to view and download Adobe PDF forms online.
